Shipping & Order Policy

Order Verification

For your protection and ours, all orders are subject to identity verification.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for order verification to ship your order.
  • Your billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Local Pickup

For all pickup orders:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at pickup,along with your signature
  • A photo of the customer collecting the order will be taken for security and dispute-prevention purposes. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed.

During sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Londyn Look Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Options

  • USPS Ground (2–5 Business Days) – $8.00
    Tracking included. Insurance not included.
  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 Business Days) – $15.00
    Tracking and insurance included.
  • UPS 2-Day Air or USPS Express (Next-Day to 2 Business Days) – $29.99
    Tracking and insurance included.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any other reason beyond our control will be restocked.

Customers will receive store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the order total minus:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Route Package Protection (if purchased)
  • A $35.00 restocking fee

Shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Orders are processed exactly as submitted.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or other order details.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all necessary information, including apartment, suite, unit, building numbers, and any applicable delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or failed delivery.

Shipping Liability

The Londyn Look Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed, or incorrectly delivered by the shipping carrier after they have been shipped.

Any package returned to our facility will be subject to a $35.00 restocking fee.
