Shipping

Products ship within 3 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 7 business days to process  during sales and promotions. We ship between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once shipments leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. All Packages require a signature too receive it 


  • USPS Ground (2-5 days): $8. No insurance. Tracking included.
  • USPS Priority (1-3 days): $15. Package insured. Tracking included.
  • UPS 2 DAY AIR, USPS Express ( Next-Day to 2-Day): $29.99. Package insured.  Tracking included.

 

Returned to sender and all returned packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge and a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping and Route Protection costs are non-refundable.

 

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.


The Londyn Look Extensions does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35
